About Us
After Incorporation was created by Troy Keller, a corporate lawyer who grew up in a small town in Idaho. He graduated from New York University School of Law in 1997 and went on to work at a Wall Street law firm. For the past ten years, he has been a lawyer for a Fortune 500 company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Troy has spent his career helping Fortune 500 companies and their subsidiaries and joint ventures comply with the regulatory and corporate law requirements. Just as importantly, he helps them maintain the highest level of corporate governance so that their organization and decision-making is unimpeachable. That is what he does. As you can imagine a multi-billion dollar company has available to it tools and resources that are just not economical for regular folk trying to stay in compliance with their small business.

In 2014, Troy had an idea that was straight out of his small town, Idaho roots.

He designed a website for the mom and pop businesses that he grew up around, with tools to help them stay compliant even if they don't have access to lawyers and paralegals. These tools were designed to not just help businesses keep their most important records up to date but empower them to easily create and file minutes and approvals that are of the same quality as those done in public corporations.

The important thing was to make it accessible for everyone, so that neither cost nor inexperience would limit businesses from doing things the right way. By hosting it online, and rather than charging for each separate form, make it an all-in, use it as much as you want to, for one low price.

After Incorporation is the result of Troy's idea.

The sales and marketing of After Incorporation is directed by Harry Buck. Harry graduated from Brown University and Pace University School of Law.
